FavPass is the phone app that comes with FavCRM. You open the account on the web, then run the day from the app: create a class, choose how it sells, drop the link into the class WhatsApp group, see who is coming before you get there, and scan people in at the door. Students can book from the link without installing anything.

One class, four ways to sell it
A class can offer a trial, a single session, a pack and a monthly pass at the same time, each priced on its own. The student picks.

- Monthly — renews each month; leave the session count empty for unlimited
One roster, not three lists
Regulars, drop-ins and people taking a make-up all sit on the same roster and are marked in the same way.

Questions
Do students have to install the app?
No. The link you send opens in a browser, and they can see the timetable and book from there. Installing adds the QR pass and a wallet that holds every studio they attend.
Do I have to use Stripe?
No. Connecting Stripe is optional and can wait. Classes, rosters and check-in all work without it, and a class paid in cash is marked on the same roster.
Is there an Android version?
iPhone today; Android is in internal testing. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you when it lands.
Does the free plan expire?
No. Up to 10 live classes, 100 students and 1 coach stays free with no card and no clock.
What happens when I need more classes, students or coaches?
Message us on WhatsApp when you need more than 10 live classes, 100 students or one coach. We will confirm the price and capacity before you choose to upgrade. Free does not automatically become paid. Connecting Stripe collects student payments; it is separate from your FavPass plan.
I already have a FavCRM account — do I need another one?
No. Sign in on the app with the same account; classes and students are the same records on both sides.
